We have a 15-day return policy which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To Start a Return
- Contact us at customercare@noodabay.com within 15 days after receiving.

You are responsible for all transportation costs, from the point of delivery to the final destination. This includes customs clearance fees, if applicable. - We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customercare@noodabay.com.
Remark: Returns and refunds are solely at the discretion of the store
In Case of Incorrect Product Delivery
- If the store sends the wrong product or if it is not accurate, the store will resend the product to you as ordered, without any additional charges.
- If the product is out of stock and cannot be delivered.
In Case of Damaged during Delivery

In Case of Cancellation
You cannot cancel the delivery once the shipment has been processed.
In Case of Non-Refundable Product
- If the product is damaged during use.
- If the color of the product is distorted or the natural material’s pattern does not match the provided image. The following materials fall under this category:
- Natural stone.
- Pearl.
- Resin.
- Zirconia.
- Crystal.
- Decorative materials with natural material patterns.
- PVD Real Gold Plated: Color variations in the plating process do not match the photograph.
