Ordering on Noodabay.com
To shop on Noodabay.com, you don’t need to register to place an order. However, we recommend that you create a profile to access exclusive services for our customers.
Item search
To easily browse our catalog, select a category from the navigation menu or view our options on the homepage. If you want to search for something more specific, use our filters or the website search option.
How to order
- From the product page, select the desired size of the product (if necessary).
- Add the product to your shopping cart by pressing the “Add to Cart” button.
- Once you have finished shopping, click on the shopping bag icon.
- Check that all the products you want are in the shopping bag and click “Checkout”.
- Enter/select your shipping address and billing address.
- Choose a payment method and enter the necessary details.
- Review the shipping method.
- Ensure all the information you entered is correct and click “Pay”.
- Soon, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. From this point on, our warehouse will handle everything for you, and as soon as the order is shipped, we will notify you with another confirmation email.
Is it safe to order on Noodabay.com?
We assure you that ordering on noodabay.com is safe. We prioritize your privacy, and your personal information will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy and in compliance with GDPR regulations.
Where is my order?
You can check the status of your order from the ‘My Order’ section. If you are a registered user, in ‘My Orders’ you will find all the information related to your order. If you are not registered, you can enter the order number you received via email in ‘Order Tracking’ to know the status of your order. Don’t have a profile yet? What is the meaning of each order status?
- Processing order Payment has been received, the delivery process begins, with the order details notified after payment.
- Shipped Order The products have been delivered to the carrier, and the customer will receive a tracking number.
- Completed order The customer has received the product successfully.
- Order on-hold The order is suspended from Pending, Canceled, or Failed order status.
- Refunded order The order has been refunded.
Can I cancel my order?
We are sorry, but once an order has been confirmed, it is processed automatically and cannot be canceled. The package can be returned as indicated in our Return Policy.
Can I modify my order?

Why can’t I complete my order?
Please ensure that you have filled in all the relevant information, such as the billing and shipping address, payment method. It may be incomplete, or if you have chosen to pay by credit card, please check with your credit card provider.
Why has my order been canceled?
There may be more than one reason why your order was canceled, such as product unavailability, delivery errors, or billing address issues. In most cases, orders are canceled due to products suddenly becoming unavailable after the order has been processed. If your order is canceled, you will receive a refund to your original payment method.
Is it possible to use more than one payment method for one order?
This cannot be done at this time.
Shipping
What shipping options are available?
We do not have that option available at the moment. We have three warehouses located in Thailand, America, and China. Therefore, the shipping will be assessed and selected by the dispatching warehouse. However, we can assure you that you will receive your product within 25 days after it has been shipped.
Can I ship my order to a location different from the country site in which I completed my order?
The delivery address for your order can be in a different country, but the countries we ship to are still limited to Europe and America.
Can my shipping address be different from my billing address?
The billing address may be different from the shipping address.
Can I choose a delivery date/hour?
Sorry, you cannot select a specific date and time.
When will my order be shipped?
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been shipped. The email will contain your order tracking number, which you can use to track your order until it is delivered.
Can I change the shipping address after my order has been confirmed?

Returns and Exchanges

The product that I purchased online or was given to me as a gift is the wrong size. Can I exchange it?
Changes can be made if we send the wrong size, and we will cover all the expenses for the customer. If the product is out of stock, customers can exchange it for another model that is similarly priced.

My return has been lost/damaged – What should I do?

What is Noodabay’s return Policy?
We accept product returns within 15 days after receipt, provided that the product is in perfect condition and in its original packaging. The buyer must notify the quantity for the return at this link and proceed with the steps.
In Case of Product Returns:
- Products can be returned within 15 days after receipt.
- Please contact “Contact Customer Care”.
Return Process:
- Send a request to return the product.
- Return product to the following address: 32/54 Onnuch 80 Yaek 5, Khwaeng Prawet, Khet Prawet, Bangkok,Thailand 10250.
- The cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer.
- Once the seller has received and inspected the product, Noodabay.com will refund only the product cost via the original payment method.
- The assessment of the product condition and the refund is at the sole discretion of the store.
In Case of Incorrect Product Shipment:
- If the store ships an incorrect product, the correct product will be sent to the customer at no additional cost.
- If the product is out of stock, it cannot be shipped.
In Case of Product Damage During Shipping:

In Case of Cancellation:
- Customers cannot cancel the shipment once it has been processed.
In Case of Non-returnable:
- Products damaged from use.
Product Color Deviation or Natural Material Patterns Not Matching the Photograph:
- Natural stones
- Wood

- PVD Real Gold Plated color deviation from the photograph

How long does it take to receive my refund?
After receiving the returned product or reaching a conclusion on the return in various cases, we process the refund within 2-4 business days.
Are the shipping costs refundable?
In the case of product returns, we will not refund the shipping costs to the customer if they change their mind and no longer want the product they ordered.
